I took my 3 children age 10,3,1 to thingymajigz during half term, what a nightmare! the place is overcrowded,dirty and expensive,my youngest could not play in the so called baby section as older children were completly trashing that area! i know its a place for kids to let off steam, but there was no staff around to control the situation.The tables were all dirty covered in left over food plates drinks,and trying to buy drinks or food, well you can be standing in line for 15 mins just waiting for the slowest staff ever to serve you. i wont be taking my children back, it seems this place is how much money they can get out of the parents and not on the children playing in a safe clean environment.

I went to thingymajigz a few days ago, and although my children had a good time i felt uneasy about them playing n the equiptment, no staff went on the play area to sort problems , but sent out drone announcements on the tannoy. After an hour or so my little boy came down for a drink and a wander around the main floor. It was lucky i was watching him as he walked over to the entrance gate opened it and walked out of the building, i had to run after him as no staff thougt to stop him. I didnt bther making a comlaint and left .I wont be visiting again!

Thingamajigz is thoroughly recommended! It's second to none - everything has been thought of. The children love it and the adults can relax in a very spacious, clean area with good food at the right price and can keep an eye on the little ones, wherever they are playing. A great place to keep the kids occupied for a few hours and fantastic for parties.

Peace and quiet AND I'm looking after the children.
Great place for Dads - plenty of good food that you don't get at home and helpful staff. If the kids are happy and I get to read the paper or do some work then that's worth every penny! Recommended!

Fantastic day for the kids, friendly staff, great food for adults as well as the kids, and at reasonable prices. Christopher enjoyed every minute. He thought the party room was the best, Rachel was very good and patient and played lots of party games. Thingamajigz is very child friendly and for the mums stress free which must be a bonus! Definetely recommend to everyone. Carry on the great work.

What a great place to bring the kids.
We've taken our three to a few play centres and Thingamajigz seems to have got everything right: space, food, atmosphere, amenities and staff.
It all comes together to provide a place where not just the kids come away smiling.

My kids love it here! Spacious, clean, great fun & sensibly priced food which even caters for special diets. If they'd start selling pure juice as well as drinks with sugar in it would be perfect.

What a great place to take the children - big, airy play centre, lots of table for the adults to sit down with a coffee and some of the great, reasonably priced food they serve. The best part, were ever you sit you can see your children playing. Staff are great they talk to the children. Baby changing facilities are in the mums and sons - dads and daughters toilet - so dad can change the nappies too. We had our daughter's birthday party there - the best ever, you even get a member of staff to do all the games and dancing for you so we came away happy and stress free - it's not just the kidz who love thingamajigz, the parents do too.
