Reviews and details of facilities:

Had been told this place wasn't great but when a bunch of us tried it out we were pleasantly surprised. Better than most of the others around and the Manager (Betsy) is a delight. Recognises regulars and speaks kindly to the babies.

The staff that are around are there to supervise so don't interact much, which suits us.

As for the cafe, very well priced compared to other places and I had a gorgeous lunch there.

The changing facilities are basic but clean.

Just been here and my one year old had a ball!
It wasnt very busy so staff were not always around to keep an eye on the older kids who were getting a bit rowdey.Probably just as well as they looked miserable anyway.Lots of space to run around and huge ball pit to throw yourself about in.Didnt eat there as i was warned it was overpriced! But only £3 for an hour which i thought was great.

I have been going to caper house with my two children for years. The food and staff seem to be getting a bad wrap but I've always found the staff to be pleasant and the food to be of an acceptable standard. Not much for veggie's though. Fairly priced and fresh (except the toilets which do smell a bit).

My son is almost 2 and has a ball when we visit. The facilities are great and the play area is clean and well staffed. Staff always friendly and approachable. However the toilets always seem to smell awful. I believe the food is over priced and you always have to wait for ages even during quiet times, even then it doesn't taste very good!!
