Although possibly child/toddler-friendly I wouldn't say this place is necessarily BABY-friendly. The staff were helpful and friendly, the food and coffee lovely...but it's rather a squeeze when you get more than a couple of pushchairs in there, there's no changing table and it's a bit public if you're breastfeeding. To be fair we didn't book and turned up en masse taking them by surprise - and one of the staff did talk to us just as we were about to leave to say that if we called in advance then they could reserve a whole area for us the next time. I'll definitely go back sometime but only if with a small group.

Voted Best For Kids in the 2005 Observer Food Monthly Awards; ‘Giraffe is that rare British beast, the family-friendly restaurant which manages not to scare off the young and childless.’
If you download a pic from their website, have your child colour it in and when you bring it to the restaurant they’ll get a free smoothie.
There is loads of space for pushchairs, good fresh food, helpful friendly staff.
These restaurants are currently only in London - check out their website for other locations
kids menu - Any main, plus ice-cream and juice, 12-3pm, Monday to Friday - £5.25
