Baby and Parent facilities are very good, there is a separate breastfeeding room, room for changing nappies with mobile above the mat to distract little ones and even a separate family toilet with 2 loos in. They were very clean.
In terms of the restaurant, they offer a good vip service as mentioned in other review for babies. However, for toddlers they offer processed food such as turkey dinosaurs, fish etc.
We asked if we could have a small portion of a healthier option of shepherds pie and were initially told we could not have it as they would get into trouble for giving us it!!!, after complaining that we didn't want the processed option they finally gave in and let us have a smaller portion of adult food for Thomas!!!

Debenhams seems to have facilities for parents down to a fine art. Changing facilities are easily accessible to both Mum and Dad. Bright, clean and spacious.
The restaurant is an excellent experience. Free jars of food for the little-un, microwave for heating food, free baby pack which includes a microwaveable pot for food, a spoon and bib. Plenty of high chairs to go round also. Full marks!
