I went to Funsters on a Saturday, it was very busy, there was a sign on the door saying they were full but we were lucky as some poeple left as we arrived. \a memebr of staff showed us to a table and I must admit although very busy and noisy my children enjoyed themselves and that says it all and a lot of other people must think the same.

The Staff are very friendly but i do however feel that they could pay more attention to the kids that are up high on the slides etc.A number of times i have had to climb upand rescue kids as they are stuck up high and crying because the can't get down. Also i know that a small boy tripped last year on loose carpet and cut his eye really bad, and their wasn't even anybody qualified as a first aider! Surely at a place like this there should be! Overall though Funsters at Stoke is great for the young kids and a good value for money.

i have just returned from funsters Halloween party with my 2 children. I am amazed by the effort put in by funsters to make this such a memerable night. The play centre was decorated throughout and all the staff dressed in quality costumes. 100 children sat and eat at a themed table and then we were able to participate in numerous games, my children and all the others went home with a halloween box of goodies. An incredible well organised night fantastic thankyou funsters.

I take my 2 toddlers every week, and have done since they were babies. They have area for 6mths old to 4 years. Parents are able to go in the arenas with them. There is an area for older children. Plenty for them to do and keep them amused. You can also buy toast, sandwhiches, fruit, crisps, sweats, juice, tea, coffee. Reasonable prices too. They love it. staff are nice and friendly.

I love this place, i like their new burslem centre as it is more compact and easy to see your little one. My son loved his party at burslem the food was spot on and very traditional
Staff at both centres are fun and helpful

The Stoke Funsters is great with lots to do though I did notice last time I went in they don't seem to have all the pushchair/push along toys they used to.
Less impressed with the Burslem centre, not as large and little for toddlers to do.
Birthday party food quite poor, jam or cheesy spread sandwiches and crisps/cakes put on plates before thery start so you can't get them to eat their sandwiches first. Also felt very rushed, they were bringing the jelly and ice cream before the children had finished eating.
I like the fact you can buy toast.

My daughter had her 7th birthday party at Funsters and I found it difficult to get the children to go home. The party host made the party fun for the children and i didn't have to lift a finger. The play area is huge and very safe, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend it to anyone.

i was amazed bby the size of this place, its well maintained and well staffed my nine year old found the euipmrnt challenging and my 3 year old didn't want to leave. Funsters now has another place in stoke just down the road in Burslem, not as big but slightly different

Funsters is an excellent indoor play area for toddlers as well as older children. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The younger area is fab and has another area with toys, play kitchens, ride on toys and playdough and colouring. They also have a ball pool with slide. Great place for rainy days to keep toddlers amused for literally hours. Highly recommended.
