The Cheshire Oaks outlet is very child friendly. It's mostly on one level, and all areas are accessible with a pram.
The toilet facilities and baby changing (with breast feeding facilities) are good but can get busy at weekends and during school holiday. There are plenty of cafes and there's a large food court.
For older children there are a couple of play areas to keep them entertained.
Parking is usually ok, and there are parent and baby bays, but not a huge number!
Be sure to visit the ELC - there's some good bargains to be had!
It's within walking distance of a Sainsbury's and some non outlet stores (M&S food, Next, Boots, Borders book and coffee shop).

Lots of shops set around circle of car parks. Quite a few parent & child parking spaces. Numerous toilet facilities with breastfeeding room & changing areas. Two really good outdoor play areas, large one under cover. Cafes as well as large food court with most fast food chains. Very close to many other Blue Planet Aquarium, restaurants and cinema. Very quiet during evenings & very busy during bank holidays.
