The best mother and child facilities I have come across - great feeding and changing rooms plus apparently (my babe is too young to have tested this out) you get free baby food if you buy something in the cafe! Now that can't be bad... There are 2 sets of lifts that bring you out in different places which can be a little confusing but generally I found it easy to get around, added to the fact that you can get anything and everything in John Lewis it's a firm favourite with me.

This ia a very difficult store to get around with a pram. The lifts are small and busy, so why put the baby section on the top floor? Didn't use the facilities as I could not wait to get out of there.

Very good mother and baby room with toilet for mother! It doesn't look the nicest plce but it is functional and clean
