Take it in turns to name one of the categories for each letter
e.g animals person 1 Ant, person 2 Bisen, Person 3 Cat, Person 4 Dog etc etc, keep going until you can't name anymore.

  2. People's names
  3. Places
  4. Fruit and vegetables

Who am I?

One person in the car decides on a famous person to be and then each person in the car gets up to 3 questions each, at any time you can guess the identity, however if you fail you are knocked out and others carry on asking questions/guessing.

Car points

Each person in the car chooses a colour car and then for 15 minutes look out for your colour car, 1 point for each car of your colour. Tot up scores at the end of the 15 minutes and see who has won.

Group Storytelling

Someone starts a story and, after a couple of sentences, points to someone else to continue the story. It's more fun if you go fast. The crazier the story, the better.

The Suitcase Game

To play this game, you have to come up with something to pack for each letter of the alphabet and each person has to repeat all the things and then add her own by saying, "I'm going on a trip and in my suitcase I'm taking ..." So by the end of the alphabet it can be really tricky to remember all those items.

Getting to know each other games:-

Which statement is true game

Take turns, the first person starts by telling everyone in the car 3 things about themselves, two are false and one is a true statement. Everyone has to guess which is the true statement e.g When I was younger I won an award for being the brainiest in class, for having the best hairstyle or for baking the best cake etc etc.

Take turns sharing the memorable events of your lives.

What was the scariest thing that ever happened to you?
The funniest?
The best? The worst? The most embarrassing?
What have you done that you are most proud of?

What if…?

Take turns answering these hypothetical questions and then invent some of your own:

  • If you were king or queen of a country, how would you use your power?
  • If you could live any place in the world, where would you live and why?
  • Describe your perfect vacation. Where would you visit and who would you want to travel with you?
  • If you were stranded on a deserted island and could eat only one kind of food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
